From the perspective of the amparo trial as a means of effective protection and safeguarding of people against acts of administrative authority that violate human rights enshrined in the Federal Constitution and international treaties; this specialty allows the adequate defense of the governed against resolutions of administrative authorities that affect their rights; the so-called amparo against laws that involves the fight against these as well as regulations and other provisions of a general nature that are unconstitutional; as well as the final resolutions issued by administrative courts (agrarian and administrative justice, which includes, among others, fiscal matters) for violation of rights in their sentences or during the procedure.
