Aroba is a firm that provides specialized legal advisory services to law firms, corporations, local and federal government entities, as well as individuals.
For the firm, pro bono work is essential, known for providing free legal services to vulnerable people in defense of their human rights, with which we aim to demonstrate the social responsibility of the legal profession, dedicating time, knowledge and experience to the common good.

Doctor in Criminal Law, Master in Criminal Procedural Law, specializing in Administration of Justice; Master in Adversarial Justice, postgraduate degree in Criminal, Constitutional and Human Rights Law at the University of Barcelona, Spain, postgraduate degree in “Current Problems of Criminal Law”, Salamanca, Spain.
He has received training in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Florida, Chile, etc., as well as extensive training in the best universities in the country throughout his thirty-six-year professional career. He has also been a professor at the Judicial School and various universities in the country.
District judge for five years and circuit magistrate for sixteen years.
In criminal matters, where for twenty-one years he handled more than a thousand cases per year; likewise, the large number of cases resolved in administrative matters attest to his experience and professionalism.
Experience and knowledge that classify him as an expert in criminal and administrative protection. Committed to the rights of vulnerable people and ethics in the performance of his work.
